The Industrialized Cripple

(Wirkungsgeschichte der Technik)

During the winter semester of 2014/2015 the chair of the history of the impact of technology, affiliated to the department for history at the University of Stuttgart, organized a project seminar together with a mandatory practical tutorial with the topic “The industrialized cripple” under the supervision of Dr. Sonja Petersen and Dr. Thomas Schuetz.

The students had the task to develop a digital presentation independently, in a German and an English version, until the end of the semester. They had the possibility to use digitalized sources, which were kindly provided to us by the Central State Archive Stuttgart. Only those contributions that received at least the grade of "good" can be found here.
